A Michigan woman met with a "hitman" to hire him to kill her husband because "It was easier than divorcing him."
The Muskegon woman met with the hitman — who was actually an undercover detective — twice to solicit his services.
She had previously approached a co-worker with the same request, but he turned her down. It was this co-worker who tipped off the cops.
It is said that she was after her husband's $400,000 life insurance.
BTW, her husband asked that she is not given any prison time, but the judge dismissed his request. She could even get life in prison.
She was arrested following the second meeting.
What kind of sentence would you give her?
