Michelle Hammack, a daycare teacher in Florida, claims she was fired for saving kids and the daycare she works for.
She was in her classroom when she smelled smoke. In the heat of the moment she feels she did the right thing by waking up her napping students and escorting them outside.
She then went back in, saw that the oven fire was small and put it out herself before the fire fighters arrived.
Next day, the owner of the day care fired her "because she left her room... Even though children are sleeping, the teachers are supposed to be there."

What do you think? Who's right? Michelle for taking the kids out and putting out the fire, or the owner for demanding that her teachers stay with their kids at all times?
