I do know what this one is, because I still have one at home, but to be honest I have not used it in years. I think my mom used to use it a lot. They are aluminum sprinkler heads . You put them in a used bottle filled with water, so when you iron you can sprinkle your clothes with the water for easier pressing. I think the problem in my house is that NOBODY likes ironing.. ;)
