Oh my, this brings so many awesome memories. My family had one that came with our Christmas tree. This is a Rotating Christmas Color Wheel! These color wheels bounced a spectrum of light off the family's aluminum tree and made it look so beautiful. My dad was in charge of setting it, even though my mom would always make the final touch..
