in #CASE you missed it… Elton John Snubbed In Mom’s Will

Elton John and his mother Sheila Farebrother had buried the hatchet before her death earlier this year but she may have revived their feud in the afterlife.

The pair infamously had a falling out after Elton’s longtime chauffer and assistant Bob Halley left, blaming Elton’s husband David Furnish on Halley’s departure. Well, now reports claim that Sheila actually left half of her $735,000 fortune to the man who she said was “like a son.”

The rest of the money is going to Elton's half-brother Frederick Farebrother and Sheila's friend Deborah Woodward.

Of course, it’s not really like Elton needs the money, but it does suggest Sheila was trying to send him a message. A source notes, ”It very much looks like Sheila was determined to make one final point to her son in her will.”

Elton didn’t receive any money from Sheila although he was mentioned in the will. It read, “I give to my son Elton John free of all taxes my two Batignani blue/gold urns and my photographs of mother in uniform and grandfather in uniform.”
