This is the heartbreaking moment a mother is seen throwing and kicking her toddler daughter down a flight of steps. This occurred in China. Fortunately there was someone near by that shot video and posted it on social media. (I know maybe he/she should have intervened.)
A witness of this horrible situation filmed this cruel mom. The video, as you can imagine went viral. And the police attention. But Beijiao Police confirmed that the mother was given a verbal warning and the toddler didn't sustain any identifiable injuries.
