So, do you know what it is? It is a can opener. A p38 can opener to be more precised. Best tool a kid had growing up !Used for more than just opening cans !! By the way, they would never break, I know it wasn't as easy to open a can as it is now but they would never fail. By the way, Service men and woman used it to open their sea ration cans.
