Ok this one is a big deal to me because I don't have one of these any more....
This is a bread box. My grandma had one when I was growing up and she would bake her own bread so those memories are stuck in my head. I remember coming back from school and running to that box to grab some bread. My grandma would tell me to wait because she would first toast it and then add the butter... Mmmmmmmmmm so yummy. And don't ask me why, but the bread tasted better once it was in that box. I know it lasted longer, that's what my grandma would say.....
