This Texas man wants to warn all of us of something that probably never crossed mind. You know that what it is hot we usually love to drink a lot of cold water, and fast. Well Adam posted on facebook something that happened to him because he did. And he hopes you might be careful next time you're drinking cold water on a hot day.
On July 3, Adam Schaub was cutting up logs, it was hot and he was thirsty. He went into his father's air-conditioned truck and chugged two cold bottles of water, he did it fast, and then he then began to feel sick"It was odd because after chugging both bottles of water my head went a bit foggy and I felt confused. I was sitting in my dad's truck when it got real bad though," the father of three continued. "My hands and feet were tingling heavily as it they had just fallen asleep and my stomach was turning."
He passed out, fell and hit his head with the pavement. And you can see the results on his face. He discovered that, if you're too hot and chug a bottle of cold water, it can send your body into shock..
