King Bio is voluntarily recalling 32 children's medicines due to microbial contamination, the company said in a release Wednesday. The company said use of the medicines could result in life-threatening infections to some people.
The recall includes products produced between 08/01/2017 and 04/2018. Some products have tested positive for microbial contamination, and the use of them could potentially result in increased infections that require medical intervention. Some infections have the potential to be life-threatening for certain individuals.
Consumers who have purchased the recalled items should stop using them and contact King Bio at recall@kingbio.com or call King Bio at 866-298-2740.
