Is This Called Dressing Or Stuffing? SHARE If You Know

There's a big debate on this discussion, is it dressing or stuffing? I believe this is stuffing because to me  dressing is made separate from the meat dish Stuffing is made inside the Meat. I believe dressing has to be made with cornbread and stuffing with regular bread. The picture appears to be stove top stuffing. But because is outside the turkey or meat some people might want to call it dressing. Am I wrong? HELP... Please SHARE so more people can participate!
