Dog Desperately Chases After Owner’s Car After Being Dumped At Lake

There are people in this world that deserves the worst, and this is one of them. I hate to project negative energy towards other people but this man is a despicable human being. It so breaks my heart to see what he does to this dog, I really started crying when I saw how this poor pooch reacted when being abandoned. Certainly this man does not have a heart.
