The Lacey Police Department are investigating initiative promoter Tim Eyman for the theft of a $70 office chair from Office Depot. Surveillance footage shows him spinning in the chair before wheeling it out of the store without paying.
The police report says Eyman was identified through visual confirmation from a store employee and store records. Eyman faces a misdemeanor theft charge.
