Well here is a new bill or piece of legislation being introduced that would make it illegal for bosses to contact employees after hours.
Right to Disconnect bill - “It basically says that when you hire an employee there must be a contract in place where you have agreed to terms as to when they can and can’t be contacted and if you violate that, you can be under litigation for it,” said Christina Donnelly, the West Palm Beach manager for the global human resource consulting firm, Robert Half International.
