"ISIS bride" Hoda Muthana says she has the right to return to U.S.

Hoda Muthana is an Alabama woman who left home to join ISIS in Syria in 2014. While in Syria, she married three members of ISIS and her Twitter account was used to spread anti-American messages, including calls for violence against U.S. citizens. She's currently detained in a Kurdish refugee camp with her toddler son and is seeking to return to the United States to stand trial.

Last week President Trump tweeted that he instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo not to allow Muthana to return to the U.S. Pompeo stated that Muthana wouldn't be readmitted into the country because she has no legal basis to claim that she's an American citizen.

In response, Muthana's father filed a lawsuit against the president and other top officials in a D.C. federal district court on behalf of his daughter.

Should she be alowed to return to the US?
