Last week medal at the White House wit president Trump saying he was an example for our country. now being sued....Tiger Woods is being sued by a Florida family that alleges their bartender son was overserved booze at the famed golfer’s restaurant before being killed in a drunk-driving accident,TMZ reports. The family of the deceased said that Nicholas Immesberger worked at a restaurant that Tiger owns in Florida. Nicholas has had problems with alcohol. One day after work he stayed after his shift and was served drinks to the point of “severe intoxication.” He died in a car accident on his way home and his alcohol level was way over the limit.
Now the family is suing and they claims Woods “was directly responsible for ensuring that his employees and management … were not over serving its employees/customers.”
