Biden argued that the U.S. cannot move forward without consensus and unity. Biden said too many people are being left behind in the current economy and slammed the Republican tax cut bill, saying it primarily benefits the wealthy.
Biden has emerged as the frontrunner in a number of early polls of Democratic presidential contenders. New Hampshire is the first primary state in the U.S.
