Pittsburgh’s own Thomas Wellsfound himself in court defending his choice to give his grandparents a less-than-tasteful “burial.” It all started when Wells – and adult of unconfirmed age – found himself having to stay with his mom for a while.
The two weren’t getting along because, as mom put it, “all he wanted to do is smoke marijuana and drink alcohol.” Wells left his mom’s place September, but in February she learned from a relative that Wells had flushed the ashes of Granny and Gramps down the toilet. When she found out about it, she texted her son to see if it was true.
Wells’ response was less than remorseful when he said, “Yup, and as soon as you die, you’ll be in the shi**er, too!” Lovely.Wells will be tried on two counts of abusing a corpse.
