The state lawmakers in Arkansas have more important issues than repairing the roads, funding schools, or helping pass legislation for a cleaner environment. Nope the bigger issue is something than can be summed up like this “Where’s The Beef?” – the old – now very old ad campaign from the fast food chain Wendy’s
However lawmakers in Arkansas are serious about this. The new law would prohibit the use of terms like ‘meat’, ‘sausage’ and ‘beef’ on products that are not made from animals.
State official’s are calling misleading and confusing packaging on food items out. Advocates for the law say that people might buy a veggie burger and be confused, because it is not meat-based.
Really…. Remember this Arkansas we are dealing with here so…..
