This breaks my heart, makes me mad, frustrates me, so many feelings. Twin 7-month-old babies were found dead and foaming at the mouths in the back of a car in The Bronx on Friday . They were left there for hours, more than 8 hours, it was scorching hot. But listen to this, when the police interviewed their father, he said he had forgotten the kids were there....The father was taken into custody for questioning, but so far no charges have been filed. Police are investigating the incident as an accidental hot car death.. Really??????
