in #CASE you missed it… $1 million for parking space
Whatever you pay for parking doesn't come close to what one businessman in Hong Kong just dropped on a space.
According to Bloomberg Johnny Cheung Shun-yee spent HK$7.6 million ($970,000 US) on a spot at The Center in Central, topping the chart for the most expensive place to park in the city, and possibly the world.
Shun-yee made HK$900 million ($114,805,440 USD) flipping floors in the building last year, which happens to be the priciest on the planet.
HK$7.6 million is about 30-times what the average resident in Hong Kong earns annually, notes RTE.
