in #CASE you missed it… Formula To Find “The One”

A math professor from the U.K. says she’s figured out how to find Mr. or Ms. Right

Looking for Mr. or Ms. Right? A math professor from the U.K. claims she knows how to find them and she uses math to do it. Dr. Hannah Fry will be sharing her equation for finding “The One” in this year’s Royal Institution Christmas Lectures and it sounds like she’s got it all figured out.

“This formula has the power to tell you exactly how many people to reject to give you the best possible chance of finding your perfect partner,” Fry explains. “It tells you that if you are destined to date 10 people in your lifetime, you have the highest probability of finding The One when you reject your first four lovers - where you’d find them 39.87% of the time.”

Okay, but what if you’re “destined” to date more than 10 people, like most of us? Fry says, “If you are destined to date 20 people, you should reject the first eight, where Mister or Miz Right would be waiting for you 38.42% of the time.

As for those who are destined to date an infinite number of partners, Dr. Fry has them figured out as well. She says they should “reject the first 37%, giving them just over a one in three chance of success.”

So how many more people do you need to reject to find “The One?”
