Rick Boss explains his theory that Shakur escaped from University Medical Center in Las Vegas after he was shot in a drive-by in 1996.
"This movie is about Tupac actually escaping from University Medical Center here in Vegas and relocating to New Mexico," Boss told ABC affiliate KTNV. "Getting protection from the Navajo tribe."
