With the world as it is, we could all use a smile. But what makes it happen? Ciate London has the answer, thanks to a poll they commissioned. The beauty company was curious thanks to its Ciate x Smiley collection.
The number one smile maker is good news, according to the poll. That’s joined in the top 5 by if someone smiles at you, positive news, seeing loved ones, and making someone else smile. Scrolling through social media and wearing bright lipstick also made the list.
Takeaways from the poll include more than a quarter believing they have smiled more with age and many people are self-conscious about their smile. That’s why 36-percent close their lips for a grin.
