In the UK, someone who illegal dumps there crap someplace is called a “flytipper.”
Stuart Baldwin found himself a flytipping victim when someone dumped 421 tires onto his property. Fortunately, he was able to track the idiot down…and exact revenge.
With the help of a dump truck and a few volunteers, Baldwin was able to take the tires directly to the home of their previous owner…and drop them all right by the front door…all while getting it all on video.
Amazingly, the original dumper doesn’t make an appearance and hasn’t commented.
