Over the weekend, an American Airlines pilot landing a jet at LAX reported something highly unusual in the sky. At an altitude of three-thousand feet, the pilot reported flying past “a man wearing a jetpack flying near the plane.” In the just-released tower conversation, the pilot noted the jet pack guy was about “300-yards” to the left of the plane. From there, other pilots were warned, another had a sighting...and the incident is now under investigation.
