in #CASE you missed it… More People Suffering From Screen Fatigue

Being stuck at home for months with little or no human contact left a lot of us finding solace in our tech, but a new survey shows folks may have had enough of all that screen time.

A new survey finds:

53% of Americans have had enough of screens over the last few months.

Before the lockdowns, the average American was spending about four hours a day in front of screens, with that number jumping to over six hours since the beginning of the quarantine.

All this screen time isn’t actually good for our bodies.

Close to 60% of people say they suffer from screen-related aches and pains.

The average person gets about three of these pains a week.

57% say the quarantine caused them more “screenaches” than before.

Two in three say too much screen time leaves them physically tired.

60% say all these aches results in them being less productive.

But the good news is folks are realizing all this screen time isn’t good and they’re doing something about it.

56% of folks say they are actively trying to cut down on screen time.

The average American says they take four screen breaks every day.

75% say that when they take a break they like to go outside and take in nature.
