Officers in Fargo responded to a report of gunshots only to find Jorden Pickus in the primate costume and carrying around a machete. it turns out the “gunshots” were fireworks.
Witnesses say Pickus set them and threatened to blow up the building. Residents were evacuated, and Pickus surrendered after several hours. He has now undergone a mental health evaluation and been charged with terrorizing.
