in #CASE you missed it… Parking Spot Selling For $300K

Look if you have been downtown Seattle anytime oh say with in the last 5 years you know that parking has become impossible.  You would think it’s almost as if they didn’t want cars. As such the costs associated with parking have skyrocketed!

In one building downtown they charge people $250 a month for parking per person! Who has that kind of money to spend on PARKING?

But hey you know what I’m a half full kind a guy ya know… I like to look at the positive in life and in this CASE… at least we aren't  in New York where parking is way out of control!

A parking spot in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Park Slope is on the market for $300-thousand...  $300,000

The last one sold for $280-thousand

Reactions are mixed, but at least one person is calling for the city to get involved

Julia Kite of the advocacy group Transportation Alternatives thinks it's time for the city to get involved. "They are really becoming an investment opportunities," she explains. "And it's a shame because it robs people"
