in #CASE you missed it… Sleeping In On The Weekend Is Bad For Your Health

New study suggests extra hours of sleep could lead to more health problems

Doctors recommend folks get seven hours a sleep a night

A new study suggests that getting extra hours of sleep on the weekends, known as “social jetlag,” can lead to poorer health, bad moods and fatigue

Every extra hour of sleep over your normal sleep patterns could result in an 11% increase risk of heart disease

Lead author Sierra B. Forbush notes, “This suggests that a regular sleep schedule may be an effective, relatively simple and inexpensive preventative treatment for heart disease as well as many other health problems.”
