Alpha, the service dog, got his picture in the yearbook too.

AJ is a high school student with Type 1 diabetes.  His 4-year-old service dog, Alpha, goes to school with him everyday and let's him know when his blood sugar is getting too high or too low.

“Alpha alerts me through smell, 20 to 40 minutes sooner than I know anything is wrong,” the 16-year-old said. “He has saved my life multiple times, especially at night, when low blood sugar can be super dangerous.” [Source]

Alpha actually got his own student ID badge too...

Obviously, nobody objected when AJ asked if Alpha could have his photo taken on picture day to be included in the high school yearbook.

Once the picture hit Twitter, it went viral because WHO DOESN'T LOVE THIS?!?!?!?

“Having him at school and making everyone so happy has made my disability such a positive thing for me,” said AJ.
