NASA explains how to make your own solar eclipse viewing device!

With the solar eclipse coming up on August 21st, there are tons of ads running for special eclipse viewing glasses...and now we know that a lot of them are fake.

You are definitely not supposed to look directly at the sun, so some type of legitimate eye protection is necessary...but you can actually make your own solar projector using a cereal box and a couple of other household items to safely view the eclipse.
