Oh no, just this bad new before Memorial Day Weekend...! Aurora Packing Company, Inc. is recalling about 62,112 pounds of raw beef products that may have been contaminated with E. coli, according to theU.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
The recall includes more than 40 products, most of which are cuts of steak, like ribeyes, as well as ribs and brisket cuts.
