in #CASE you missed it.. New Email Scam Targets “Quarantine Violators”

There’s a new email scam going around that you need to have on your radar.

This one warns those who receive it they they’d been “recorded leaving their homes” during quarantine.

As a result, a fine of $59 has been “added to (your) gov.us account.” When the scam first started floating around earlier in the month, the fine was only $35.

For the record, no one from the government is watching your door, nor would they email you to levy a fine for leaving your house. Don’t respond to these, and…for God’s sake…don’t give them any money.
