Let me start by saying that, no, these are not branding irons.... hahahahahaha. These are for making mashed potatoes. In my house we used to call them potato masher. Grandpa had one and we inherited and never stopped using it. My mom tried sometimes with fancy gadgets but she always went back to old the potato masher...
