A guy in Pittsburgh named Ricky Smith is working six days a week at three minimum-wage jobs, and his daughter Nevaeha wanted a $200 dress for her eighth-grade dance. Smith couldn't afford it, but he took on extra shifts on his one day off until he could buy it for her. He didn't borrow money, stole it or anything like, he worked harder to get it..
