This man in Virginia was tired of kids trashing his lawn while waiting for the school bus. "They don't respect other peoples' land," Bryan said. "I pick up trash every day." So he came up with what he though was a brilliant solution .. An electric fence... Imagine the kids' parents reaction. He claimed he had tried with other ideas like signs posted in the area asking kids not to throw garbage but that did not work. The city made it removed the electric fence because it was on county's property not his own land...
