Mmmmm I'm salivating thinking about it... Egg in a hole or the basket. Top it with some shredded cheese. Can’t beat it any time of the day. If I'm not mistaken I know some people that called it "egg in a nest" or "toad in a hole." I bet you money there are many variations in the name. There was a guy that used to call it "Popeye" or "Eagle Eye." There's nothing that beat the egg yolk running on top of the bread, so silky and smooth... I want one now....
