A woman in Alberta, Canada, has decided to hold a contest that will give potential homeowners a chance to win her home that’s valued at $1.7-million. All you have to do is pen an essay on why you would be the perfect new owner of the home and pay $25 dollars to enter the contest.
She’s been trying to sell her home for a few months but said that she's not received any serious offers. She also said that if the home is sold, she will donate five percent of the net profit to a women’s shelter. She hopes to receive about 68,000 entrants and will stick to a 350-word maximum. Good luck.
