Meet Lucas!
He is Gerber's adorable new Gerber Baby! He is the winner of the eighth annual Gerber Baby Photo Search contest. He's 18-months-old and from Dalton, Georgia.
Lucas is the first child with Down syndrome to win the Gerber baby title since the original contest began more than 90 years ago, look at his great smile!
Gerber received around 140,000 submissions, to be this years Face of Gerber and according to company execs it was an easy decision, calling him a "perfect fit." Dad Jason says he hopes the this "will shed a little bit of light on the special needs community and help more individuals with special needs be accepted and not limited."
Kudos to Gerber for showing that every individual, regardless of how they look really can do anything.
