Another day, another bridezilla story. The latest comes from a maid of honor who claims her good friend the bride asked her to postpone her breast augmentation surgery until after the wedding so she wouldn’t upstage her.
The maid of honor in question shared her story on Reddit, claiming she’s always dreamed of getting a boob job and now that she finally has the opportunity and money to do it, her “best friend” the bride wants her to hold off. When asked why the bride wanted her to postone she told her it was because she “wants to be the hottest one in her wedding party" and is worried her bridesmaid “may overshadow her.”
As you can imagine, most people on the Internet sided with the MOH, telling her to go on with her surgery as planned.
- “Yikes, sounds like come August she will be an absolute nut job of a bridezilla,” one person noted, while another added, “Definitely go ahead with your surgery and stand up there on the day knowing that you look hot!”
- Another suggested the MOH bow out of the wedding party altogether. “I would feel... tempted to tell her to find another maid of honor,” one person shared. “If she's that shallow and indifferent to your life she's not worth your time.” As another person added, “I don't call people like that my friend. Problem solved.”
