US gold medallists at Pan American Games face sanctions

Race Imboden, the American fencer who took a knee while the Star-Spangled Banner played during the medal ceremony at the Pan-American Games in Lima, Peru might face sanctions. He is not the only one. Gwen Berry shocked the crowd when she raised a clenched right fist and bowed her head when the US national anthem played during her gold medal ceremony for the women's hammer.

Well now, the U.S. Olympic committee is considering punishment because the athletes sign an agreement that they will make no political statements during the games. Should they be punished.
