Congressman Steve King is in hot water again after making remarks about rape and incest. During a public forum, the Iowa Republican defended not allowing exceptions for abortion in cases of rape or incest. Why? Because we’d have no population. “What if we went back through all the family trees and just pulled those people out that were products of rape and incest,” he mused. “Would there be any population of the world left if we did that?"
