A south Florida staffing company is making the job search a little easier for people looking for work. Express Employment Professionals in West Palm Beach has come up with a creative way to help get folks back to work and stay socially distanced - a drive-thru job fair.
The company works with a variety of local businesses and they were trying to think outside the box for attracting new applicants. They just hosted their first drive-thru event, where job seekers pull in for a quick, screening interview and then head to Express Employment Professionals’ website to fill out an application and send in their resumes. The job fair was a success and they’re already planning for the next on August 6th.
