How Old Is Your Dog REALLY In 'Human Years'? It's Not What You Think

Scientists have come up with a new way to tell how old a dog is in human years.

They say a dog becomes a teenager at just six-months-old and is a fully-fledged adult (about 25) by the time it is two-years-old and is a senior at around seven. The dog is deemed “geriatric” by 12-years-old

They say just because dogs live seven-times shorter than humans does not mean each trip around the sun is worth seven for a dog.
