Nothing can replicate the soft heartiness of a good pho bowl. Fragrant, light, and delicious, this classic Vietnamese noodle soup is considered the country's national dish. It's so popular, it's even found its way into the hearts of Americans.

Seattle, which has plenty of Asian influences and cuisine, is home to multiple restaurants serving up the brothy dish. But with all these locations in the Emerald City, which one has the best pho?

According to Yelp, the highest-rated Seattle restaurant serving pho is...

Billiard Hoang!

What makes this place special is that it's both a pool hall and a restaurant! Not only can you shoot some cueballs, but you have six choices of pho to try.

All the dishes come with rice noodles, beansprouts, jalapeño, basil, lime, onion, and cilantro. What varies is your choice of protein. One bowl comes with shredded chicken while another can come with oxtail.

There's also a special that comes with steak, meatballs, tripe, and tendon. Not a meat eater? Billiard Hoang also has a bowl with veggies and tofu!

Besides the pho and pool, Billiard Hoang is known for its Vietnamese sandwiches and dishes like mi xa xiu tom (BBQ pork and shrimp noodles), duck congee, beef short ribs, vermicelli noodle bowls, and much more.
