The difference between this and a regular DUI? The man was driving a Power Wheels Jeep.The toy vehicle meant for children lacks regular working automobile features such as reflectors or lights. Reports from a local hospital revealed that the man had a mix of marijuana and methamphetamine in his system. Unsurprisingly, the man has been arrested and now faces charges of Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction.
