At long last, scientists are harnessing the power of AI for something truly important: beer. Researchers at KU Leuven University in Belgium are using AI to analyze the chemical makeup of beers and pull data from user reviews from the RateBeer app. They plan to use that information to predict how new beers will be received, and make improvements to existing beers.
